Deepstacked in this tourney on the B with 68 sooted,Villian calls from the CU
with stats of VP-29(67from the CO) PFR-4 AF-29 over 28 Hands,

what range could he have here potting the turn and river?? some weak ace ? or a king ?

should i have CR Flop or push all in as a semi bluff?

meh.. hard to say really. 30/5 over only 30 hands isn't much to go on, but we def can assume villain is seeing 3 here with a wiiiiiiiiiiide range.
If we had known ahead of time that he was going to pot turn/river, i like making it 45-70 OTF and fold to resistance, check behind turn and take free card (with that said, this is a pretty terrible board for this play imo)

my line – call flop/roll eyes and call turn/ez river fold

**I'm a total mark in pre ante period, but i guess folding turn would be considered standard here, not sure. Folding turn seems blatently sub optimal to me given implied odds and river options vs fish in headsup pot.
