Here is the hand from 5$ MTT final table. Villain was a bit tight and no reads on his postflop play
and we didn't have any dynamics establised, his stats were 19/14 after 80 hands.

I guess it's pretty close between calling and shoving. My first instinct is to shove but I can imagine some reasons not to, in particular if
1. You think he's unlikely to bet draws on the turn.
2. You feel pretty confident in your ability to make the right decision if he bets the river.
The more I think about it, the more I think calling and check-folding rivers that don't improve you might be the way to go, especially if you have reason to believe he'll be on the tight side.
