$5.40 turbo knockout - 99 with 29BBs facing EP 3x and MP flat - shove or fold?

Is this a perfect spot to squeeze and shove 99? UTG is 25/17 over 12 hands, MP is 25/4 over 24. Most worried about the original raiser and 12 hands isn't enough to work out a raising range for his spot. Can't work out if 99 will get enough folds or in with AK and AQ, and possibly 77/88 to make this worthwhile.

As its a Turbo think I am shoving and as its a knock would expect to called called in a least one spot, but you have to win a flip or 2 in these.

I like a shove here too. With these turbos you have to make moves and hands like 99 I always find are fairly strong in these spots.

normally id say 28bb is far to many to 3bet ship, but given the 3x open and flat, we can increase the upper limit of our shoving range, so i think this is close, given buy in and turbo i think its a sigh ship (we are going to look pretty unbalanced and exploitable here but w/e)
