nuam is a reg, 50 left in a 5.10 HT. Hes multitabling and he knows how to shove. I know im most likely ahead of his range here considering hes shoving into 10 bbs effective stacks. I know its a call in 180s given these facts but in a 5.10 HT. Should we pass out on these edges and just keep our stack(FE) to shove on weaker players later on ??

Any opinions guys

1. u have no FE left on reshoves but obv some on open shoves but its really thin.

2. dont pass on small edges in a hyper. theres just not enough depth to do so.

3. your ahead of his range, call, and run better next time.

“I know its a call in 180s given these facts”

hypers are even faster structure. People are shoving even wider than normal to stay ahead of blinds and taking advantage of any shove spots where they have an edge.

Your quote answers your question. Crushing his range here makin the call.

exactly. if its a call in 180s, then its a snap in hypers.

in my time this spot has yeilded so many bad kings and small pairs that this is auto snap. hey bottom line is that your going to get into about 25-30 flips in these ht to win and run hot during them to win. id go out on a limb and say the winner generally will win about 75-80% of there flips that tourney.  Any thoughts Nation

agree. gotta run hot in hypers and thats that. not sure about the percentages but seems plausible.
