Here are my thoughts on this hand:
In this hand I believe that we can possibly check fold here because this OTF hits his range when he flats pre with such a short stack. Bet folding is utter spew and if we shove he's only calling with pair to the board – meh he might call with a T or K perhaps. If he bets to our check and we shove he's calling virtually his entire stabbing range – he's committed. I think this dude is likely trapping.
Pre: clearly if he shoves after our open we have to call?
thanks again for the FB.

This looks like a check/fold to me. He has position, he wasn't completing a blind, he has to have something here. The hands he has to have in order for the cbet to take the pot down are either tiny pocket pairs or maybe possibly KX or a weak Jack, if any of that is in his flatting range. I doubt he will call with TX or KX to give you any value unless he has clubs.
Check fold in my opinon.
I am not a coach though and you may want to await their feedback.

I agree with check/fold, for the most part. I think there's an argument for potentially just cbetting 2bb and then folding to a shove, since you probably only have about 10% equity vs a shove, but the problem is that you're going to get more calls than shoves. That's not necessarily bad if you plan to shove every turn card and think he'll fold, but I've gotten into so many situations where guys call here and then just call it off on a blank turn with 2nd pair, so often you don't have as much fold equity as you expect here. I prefer to just check/fold on a flop that hits his range so hard.
