Pre Flop: (t75) Hero is BTN with 4 of clubs 4 of spades
4 folds, Hero raises to t100, 1 fold, Leo Pramparo calls t50

Flop: (t225) 5 of clubs T of diamonds Q of clubs (2 players)
Leo Pramparo checks, Hero ???

Villain called every raise I did from late position, while he was OOP. He couldn't be chased away by a cbet. Did it with any two cards. A cbet wouldn't win me the pot although, as I saw earlier, he could easily have missed the flop here.

As a cbet wouldn't work, should I give it up, I really think I still have the best hand here…

Looking forward to the comments…

Does he check his made hands? if the answer is yes, then check it down and rely on your showdown value. If he bets his made hands, check the flop to make sure he isn’t trying to be tricky, and then go for 2 streets of thin value when he checks to you on the turn.

You might have the best hand but the villain is a station and there are so many hands in his range that will float or raise you OOP.

You're probably better off checking back the flop on this stack.

What's your plan when you c-bet and get called?

Even he is playing a ton of hands, this flop texture is hitting is flatting range really hard, your cbet's will not be successful really often and with your stack size you should just check-backing  and if nothing changes on the turn – give up.

A dream doesn't become reality through magic; it takes sweat, determination and hard work.

I think if they don't fold to cbets we have to double barrel a bit to combat this type of player.  If we do think we are ahead and they are floating crap then they'll just call 2 streets a lot of the time and you can check river.  Since they are a calling station, they will likely only fight back facing a double barrel if they have it, then it's an easy fold.

I agree with the others tho that this would hit most people's flatting range pretty hard, but if this person is never folding I think they miss more than we think.  So now we just have to try some different things to see how we can exploit this player post flop.  I'd want to play more pots post against this type of player.
