OK….did I play this right? The guy to my left has had chips and as of recently gotten pretty loose aggro against ppl….I mean calling raises with AXs and KJ…So broadway cards, PP, and AX is in his range…could be more

But as it was played….do you like my play here?

I figured the flop bet was an easy call, the turn bet to me screamed please go away you are making me nervous…..but what action do you take on the river?

I think i’d raise the flop because he c-bets a big portion of his range here that missed, yet you can’t really count on making it to showdown with the best hand (even if you are ahead right now).  As evidenced in this hand (with the A on the river), so many cards will come later that hit his range that you will lose the hand too often if you let him continue to see cards.

I’m pretty sure you take this pot down a lot with a flop raise, but get either pushed off the hand/lose to a better hand/or get no extra value from hands you beat when you just call flop.
