I beat him in the pot… well you can't really do that in online poker, but I say that meaning if I'm raising 88 in MP2 I'm doing so with the line to raise/call a shove and most likely raise/4 bet jam everyone left to act.
If you are asking because you ran into AK lost a flip or 99+ ignore results…
Your line might change if you have any strong reads on super uber tight villans left to act, but only vs. the most tight mofo's out there.
Any time there are players left to act with reshove stks be sure you raise with the various lines you are going to play vs. each stk left to act.

I think I make a nitty fold. If you've been able to steal a bunch at this table I probably avoid this spot, tighten up for an orbit, and go back to stealing again. If this was a table with constant action where you've been unable to find a spot I probably go with 88.
I'll probably get slammed for this opinion since no one folds to a 15 bb shove 🙂
as far as help with the math, it's really a very simple problem.
when faced with an allin where you are closing the action you use the following formula:
100*1/(pot size/amount to call)+1
or in this case:
100*1/(32166/20206)+1, which gives us ~38% equity needed against villain's range.
then play with pokerstove and see what your equity is against different ranges. you'll find that this is a really easy call. even if villain is as tight as 99+, ATs+, AJo+ it's a call.
Definite call! However!!! Two things….it is super late in the tourney and if you are opening a lot of pots it is a great spot for someone to 3-bet shove you and many times could have a monster so I think folding is better and opening only on button and cut-off with 26 big blinds….second I think your open size can be smaller this late, even close to a min raise. Just my thoughts.
while reading post im thinking im insta calling here 100% to short stacks jam…. but i have to say i really do like wt FkCoolers says about open stealing without much resistance. this could be a not so bad fold for those reasons as Coolers mentioned. its funny, i can never think about such ideas in the heat of battle, im always insta calling here as the math dictates that we call here. but again i think that is really smart thinking as we're flipping a ton and dominated the rest.
