I play some tournaments tonight and I found myself in some spots that i’m not sure of the good play is..

Hand 1) 22$ rebuy on Absolute  / my image is TAG / vilain is pretty bad and run at 51/7

No-Limit Hold’em Tournament, 100/200 Blinds (9 handed) – Hold’em Manager Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

UTG+1 (t8490)
MP1 (t7135)
MP2 (t6925)
MP3 (t20750)
CO (t2325)
Hero (Button) (t8740)
SB (t6970)
BB (t9350)
UTG (t8850)

Hero’s M: 29.13

Preflop: Hero is Button with Q, A
4 folds, MP3 calls t200, 1 fold, Hero bets t700, 2 folds, MP3 calls t500

Flop: (t1700) A, 8, 4 (2 players)
MP3 checks, Hero bets t1150, MP3 calls t1150

Turn: (t4000) 10 (2 players)
MP3 checks, Hero bets t2800, MP3 calls t2800

River: (t9600) Q (2 players)
MP3 bets t12000,    Hero ????

Total pot: t9600

I got more than 2:1 on my money but his line look sooo much as a flush. And if i fold , I still have 20bbs with a lot of bad opponents.

hand 2 )  163$ fulltilt / first orbit at the table but vilain seems competent

No-Limit Hold’em Tournament, 80/160 Blinds (9 handed) – Hold’em Manager Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

BB (t3963)
UTG (t10683)
UTG+1 (t3080)

Hero (MP2) (t6573)

CO (t6721)
Button (t1072)
SB (t2555)

Hero’s M: 27.39

Preflop: Hero is MP2 with K, K
3 folds, Hero bets t400, 1 fold, CO calls t400, 2 folds, BB calls t240

Flop: (t1280) J, 8, Q (3 players)
BB checks, Hero bets t800, 1 fold, BB raises t3563 (All-In), Hero ???

It’s a spot that I have some problem to deal with. we are fairly deep, we have a overpair but against two opponents on a really wet board. if we got raised on the flop, I’m not sure if we are ahead of one of vilain’s range ( set, str8, 2 pairs, big draw, and top pair etc) so what’s the best line ???

The next two hands, I just want to be sure that the 3 bet shove is standard,

hand 3 )  163$ fulltilt /112 players left and paid 81/  my image is pretty active cause i had a big stack a few hands ago but lost a big coin flip / vilain seem to be a good agressif player, open a lot in late position,I played back a lot against him and he folded every time.

BB (t29975)

Hero’s M: 12.52

Preflop: Hero is SB with 5, A
6 folds, Button bets t1799, Hero ???

So should I wait for a better spot ?

hand 4 ) 69$ full tilt / my image is kind of tight / vilain seem to be a good player.

Preflop: Hero is BB with J, A
5 folds, CO bets t355, 1 fold, SB calls t275,  Hero ???

My question here is : with antes, it’s a clear 3 bet shove. But with no ante, should we be more patient or it’s not change a lot our 3 bet shove range ?

Ok bro let me say first I think you should only post 1 hand at a time because it really gets confusing if multiple people resond to different hands etc. But let me respond to the first couple hands. If your read is that he has a flush draw and hit the flush on the river then the correct play is fold. I kinda feel like he has a flush here as well. I mean your hand def has some value to calling but I really believe that if your reads are strong you should follow them. As for hand 2.  Put your chips in the middle to often this guy is on AQ or a flush draw. Your probrably good here and just need to hold through the hand.  As for the 3 bet shoves the first 1 is completely standard and I like the play the 2nd 1 is a little closer but I have no issue with 3 bet shove there either. Hope this helped
