raise (and I folded). Anyone would consider an ICM fold here? (Payouts:

No, he was not that active.
That's a lot of chips to call off. I think it is an ICM fold.
35 bb is maybe too much to call here, especially when you say he was not that active with his stack, so i think the right move is a fold and wait for better opportunities.
but honestly sometimes i like to gamble and i would make the call especially like you said he shoved on you a few hands earlier. and against his 9% 3b range we are about 50% good. but like i said it would be a gamble.
