Villain is 23/23 with a 0% 3bet over 81 hands. Over those same number of hands I've raised 9% of hands so I've not been that active, in fact only really raising from the BTN.

Given that villain looks pretty solid and this is his first 3b, can we assign him a very tight range like J+,AK?

So, can we flat pre given we're playing quite deep (for MTTs anyway)? And on the flop do you call one street thinking we're ahead of AK or just look to hit a set and if we don't then just fold?

Preflop, you can call to set mine.  You have to call 400 with about 5.6k behind effective stack and you have position.  Post flop, this may sound nitty, but with the range you assigned, which I'm guessing is pretty close, you are still only getting 34% equity and it is a guessing game as to whether he has a big pair or just AK.  If you call to set mine, you might as well only play as you would 22.

Classic sharkscope spot. info/shown down hands are really useful to me in such situaitons.

–> Click it back/fold on the flop. If I'm calling cbet OTF, def calling turn. River is t.b.d.
