Have a nice hand in the BB. UTG+1 limps. No reads on this player but there had been no limping pre at this table. Did not want to 3bet the SB and then get 4 bet. My question is lead the turn. And once the river gets there is it C/C or B/F

check turn is fine. i think ur right on in thought process as i think we can C/C or bet fold here. i'm always bet folding cause u cant always be sure some1 is gonna bet for u, missing tons of value. definately wanna scale bet size on river down tho. bet maybe half pot fold to all other action.

I don't think Sentido checks a flush since the two of you might check behind again. I think we can value bet this river and get called by worse Ax hands (not that likely to be out there) and maybe a Kx hand like KT-KQ.
If we're raised on the end it sucks but we probably need to fold since I don't see too many hands doing this which we beat given the action in the hand.
Cliff's Notes: +1 to what bjizz said.
I probably bet the turn in this situation and see what happens. I am not hyper concerned about the flush and if he hit it on the turn you are going to get re-raised and you can make your decision there. Checking the turn and Bet/Calling the river in this case leaves you open to making a potentially expensive call since it is going to be hard to distinguish what possible hands he may have. I think you can bet the turn here and glean a lot of information about what the villains are holding right then and there and make the river action a lot clearer (and less expensive). I tend to favor trying to use the turn to define where I am at whenever I can.

You can also get semi-bluff raised on the Turn here so if you need to ask yourself what action you'll take if you get raised. If the answer is “fold” or “call and fold to a river bet” then don't bet since you have good showdown value so you're turning top pair + a gutshot into a bluff which is never good poker.
And if you get flatted what's your river action? You can bet, I suppose, but I don't see getting 3 streets of value from inferior holdiings. And I don't like check/call the river since you've built the pot out of position without really having a clear picture where you stand.
We're deep and we're out of position. My instinct says to check the Turn. Would love to hear additional opinions on this one with it being 3 handed.
