$30 18K 3bet pot to the flop

Fella had been at my table for around 5 orbits. Had raised pre in same pos. everytime. It is the last hand before a break so i decided to give him a small 3 bet. Tanks well into his time bank. Finally just flats. We have this flop I have one PSB in my stack. I cannot believe that he has a strong hand here. What is the bet?

IMO opinion your only options would be shoving or letting it go. Any decent size C-bet will put you around 10-13 BB, which may make you feel pot committed, not even mentioning if he comes over the top. If your read is correct about not having a strong hand then you should shove but any doubt I would check it down or fold to any bet.

If you trust your read I like just over half size pot to try and get him to spew back. If calls pretty sure I be jamming on the turn although A Q 9 non s would fold if he lead out.
