There’s a couple more things to consider here in order to give an informed opinion. Specifically how had you and the other villian been playing preflop? If either of you have been active then I would be happy to get it in here. But if you have both been playing snug, then this becomes an easy fold IMO, as you’re just hardly ever going to be shown AQ
I think you are well ahead of the 20bb shove range, especially if he is a competent player. I would guess that the big blind's iso shove is something like 1010+ and AQ+ (or maybe just AK) which you are obviously not in great shape against (about 40%). Having said that I don't hate a call here based on the dead money in the middle, getting somewhere around 1.6 to 1 to call.
I think either a call or fold is fine, the call obviously being the higher variance option. I guess I would base my decision on how well I am doing at the table, if I think I can chip up without too much resistance or need to take this chance to get a big stack. It will be interesting to see what others make of this spot though.
