No real reads on villian other than the 2 hands he has played after being moved to the table recently which he just 2.5 openeed got flatted cbet and took it down both times. I think i played this bad being deep i feel like my overshove on the flop is spewy but i just didn't believe him so is a flat better or maybe make it 19k thoughts?

I think you 3 betting on the flop is ok, but that shove is wayyy over the top.  You're not going to get called by worse and you have still have a decent stack if you just call or raise a normal amount without risking your tourney life.

I think his flop bet is definitely fishy if he's trying to get value with a big pair, especially because that board isn't likely to have helped your hand at all and that bet will probably just push you out.  

Do you remember what his c bets looked like from previous hands as far as a percentage of the pot?

He cbet 55% pot on those previous hands…..what action and sizing you think i should have taken on the flop?

Easiest way to avoid this situation is to 4bet preflop if you “didn't believe” he had a real hand aka 10s-AAs. By flatting preflop you are basically only looking to hit a 9 and trying to stack him given he has an overpair on such a flop. As played though if you still don't believe him… 2 bet click it back on the flop and if he 3bet jams over you 99 is an easy fold.
