Spot came up in a 6-man Super Turbo.  I know it's not an MTT hand, but I didn't know where else to post.  We were 3 handed (obv top 2 get paid) when this came up. Levels are 20/40

 

OTB has 740, I'm in the SB with 680 (after posting) and BB has 320 after posting.

 

OTB open shoved, I have QQ.  I'm not super proficient at ICM type stuff, but is this a fold considering we have the short stack in relatively bad shape chip-wise?  Or, is this a call with a big shot at almost a guaranteed win?

You need a very good reason not to call here. For example a supertight openshoving range. ICM is negligible in such a high +EV spot.

I play these alot and ppl are shoving alot wider than expected and QQ is way to good to pass unless the small stack has like less than 150 chips im always calling.
