3 handed QQ in 6-max Super Turbo

Spot came up in a 6-man Super Turbo.  I know it's not an MTT hand, but I didn't know where else to post.  We were 3 handed (obv top 2 get paid) when this came up. Levels are 20/40

 

OTB has 740, I'm in the SB with 680 (after posting) and BB has 320 after posting.

 

OTB open shoved, I have QQ.  I'm not super proficient at ICM type stuff, but is this a fold considering we have the short stack in relatively bad shape chip-wise?  Or, is this a call with a big shot at almost a guaranteed win?

I would call and play for first. He is probably not playing KK+ like this. I could fold in a satty, but not here.

I think that this being a super turbo makes it even easier for me to call, I would snap call. If he wakes up with KK-AA good for him. I even think he might try to 3x or min raise with KK or AA. Last but not least, you gotta play for first in this turbo sngs imo. You've the 3rd nuts, have to go with it. Did you end up calling?
