His chart goes straight down. I'm getting it in against him all day here. 

Raise to like 12k and call a shove.

the fact he min raises when flush card come kinda scares me. he is reping a flush if its the nuts is wt we must determine. if u can handle a bad beat in this scenario play for stacks. if ur a more conservative player check call river. something to come to my mind as well is that maybe he thinks ur not on a flush. ur river bet was really small and he figues that if ur on flush ur betting bigger on river.

if he was a fish, he would do this with worse flushes as well as the straight, so this is an easy spot to get it in.
