Seems like a fold although I really don't want to fold here.

With those stats suited connectors plus worse Kx and Qx hands just won't be there enough. He's probably shoving most pairs plus the unpaired hands that dominate us and maybe some Ax hands that are also slightly ahead of us.

I think when you decide to raise pre you have to commit yourself to calling the 10bb stacks.  I think you have to call here and it's not a huge mistake, but just keep in mind you are committed to the shorts stacks, so tighten up your opening range a little, especially because you have ~20bb yourself.

  I would fold to his 3-bet shove but I tend to play safely in these situations. The fact that he was playing nitty could mean he has a hand. With a hand like yours I like to remain the aggressor if someone 3-bet shove or 4-bet shove me, I have learned the hard way that I was already beat.
