The villain had 39/28/40 and 11(3bet).I called the turn beacause i had many outs to turn it into a bluff , yet on the river he checked and i thought he could have any missed spade draw , AK  ot sth like TT,JJ.

Fold turn. I don’t think the possibility of bluffing later adds much at all to the value of your hand. As played, I don’t the arguments you give for bluffing river are compelling. For one thing, you can beat some of his busted spade draws by checking. For another, even if he has TT/JJ, it’s not at all obvious to me that he will or should fold them (as evidenced by the fact that he called with A9).
