I`m 38/30 over 266 hands 3b 13%. Not sure what my stats at that exact table were, but still rather active.

Villain 34/19 over 53 hands, af 2 and thats about it. (Sharkscope 79 ability av stake 15, OPR rating 72% ITM 13%)

i dont play aggressive probably not enough but im inclined to check call turn board is little scarey possible he checked big hand on flop, if u call re raise turn u face all in decision on river, what did he have?

On turn I would hate it but fold when he clicks it back. Only hands in his range he flats your 3bet with pre that you have beat are KQ QJ. I think his range is more weighted toward 88/99/j10. Don’t love stacking off top pair here to a click it back as we can still fold and have a decent stack.

I would definitely bet/fold this turn because click backs postflop are almost always strong made hands and not draws. There are enough stronger hands in his range on this turn considering he probably peels very wide vs your small 3b. I wouldn't be surprised to see JTo, Q9s, 98s, or T7s. By the way, I think your sizing on every street is way too small. I would make it more like 2.25-2.5x preflop and more than the 35% you bet on the flop and turn on such a draw heavy board.
