Hi, I'm new here so I'm not sure how to convert the hand. This hand is a 27 man, so 5 places are paid.
Villain has been playing quite nitty, I thought about shoving 1st in, but idk why decided against it.
I dunno if I made the correct fold coz it just seems like the perfect spot for BB to shove wide there, knowing I can only call a monster pretty much.
So, are u just shoving here first in vs nit bb? and as played what is ur range for calling here?

There you go buddy
I'm assuming this is the final 6? You are both the big chip stacks by a fair margin, and i kinda looks like he knows you really dont want to get involved in a big pot here with so many short stacks left on the bubble. So it feels like it he is shoving wider than usual here. That said, i probably couldnt help myself calling here, just for sole fact that if your win this hand, you can basically CRUSH the rest of the table to a win a majority of the time. ICM may say otherwise, but i think from my 2 points so far, it's ok to ignore it if it is.
Criticism is welcome

Yea there are a few hands that people do this with could be anything such as 88 – 10 10 I don't him jamming JJ+ with you having JJ I am assuming he doesn't. It could also be allot of A face here too. People sometimes are not comfortable playing post flop with these hands because if they miss a flop or if it's 10 10 and comes AJ5 they have problems folding for some reason. I think I'm fist pump calling here and I'd almost bet at worst you're flipping, just seems odd to do this with QQ+

Thx guys

Yeah I agree, I probably should have called coz he knows I have to fold there so much
I think next time I will just jam in that kinda situation, to save myself from a tough decision.
I wouldn't say just open jam, as then you eliminate the chance for him to 3bet jam over your raise with a wide range. Obviously you're calling every other player if they 3bet jam, so jamming yourself only gets the bb to narrow his calling range to hands that are mostly beating you. If you jam he may fold 66-TT and some broadway hands, but will 3bet jam over your raise with those hands for reasons i stated in my previous post.

I think you have to call here – even against the tightest range (99+, AQ+), you're pretty much exactly flipping. And he should be doing stuff OTHER than straight jamming w/AA and KK a significant % of the time, given the situation.
I also agree with what was said about the likelihood of you winning the whole thing. With ICM, I feel like most of the thoughts are focused on the cost of losing on the bubble or before a money jump, and the benefit of a big stack is often forgotten/underestimated.
