Slow structure freezeout, only got 14 runners.

Deep stacked hand I observed about an hour before: Old guy opened utg, super nit 35 year old flats btn (I know he's super nit bc he folds every hand), Villain in question calls in BB.

Flop KT6r.

Check, Old Guy c-bet, BTN flat, BB check-raise, Old Guy hood flat, BTN re-opens the action biggish, about 1/3 of BB's starting stack. BB seems to know BTN as they are probably both regs, tank folds. Old guy snap folds. BB shows the mucked KTo face up. BTN reciprocates by showing 66.

The hand:

We're starting the hand with about 75,000, from 30,000 starting stack. Villain starts with 21,000.

Blinds are 200-400-50, he opens to 1,000 in MP, CO calls, I flat SB with 22, BB calls.

Flop A34r

Checks to him, he bets 2,000, CO folds. I make it 5,500 (?).

He is making that “I'm upset about this huff and puff” that live players do, looking down at his stack as he shuffles chips forcefully. I don't particularly think he is faking it and I am not actively observing it, i.e. I am watching out of the conrner of my eye. This of course could be fakery.

He calls.

Turn Qh (full rainbow)

I shove 14,500 ?

I think this is one of the bigger buy-in tournaments at this casino, as evidenced by the small turnout. A 65$ FO got 70 runners the other day. Its in Belgrade and two weeks before they had a big tournament series for them, so I think a lot of people are busto.

Just because the button and BB knew each other and he gave him enough respect to fold top two does not mean he'll give you the same.  That said, he did bet almost pot on the flop which makes it very likely with 2 other players in the hand that he has an A.  When he just flats your raise I think he has all Aces, KK/QQ/JJ etc in his range still.  On the turn I don't really like the shove, I think you can accomplish the same thing by betting another 5500 and making it look value-townish, then shoving the river.
