Villain is new to the table, no read on him. I have (at least some) showdown value and I don't want to play a big pot on this board (this is why I did not cbet). Awful call OTR?

i think turn call is fine, but i think you are rarely good once villain fires again on the river. just about any combination of broadway cards has you beat.
if the turn was the 2s then i would probably call off river as well, but the Q is a bad card for you. and if villain is firing 2 barrels as a bluff on that board, then tap tap well played.
