Hero raises to 10,275 and is all-in, 4 folds, BB calls 9,675

Turn: (21,300) Q (2 players, 1 is all-in)
River: (21,300) 8 (2 players, 1 is all-in)

Results:

21,300 pot
Final Board: 8 2 K Q 8 BB showed T K and won 21,300 (10,950 net)

Just curious to see if maybe it’s ok to call with KTo at 220BB against an UTG 18bb shove? My initial thoughts were absolutely not, but I don’t know if having a massive stack changes that? I kinda doubt it but I am interested to see what you guys think.
