final 2 tables. villain played 15/13/3 up to this point. what is my plan here? 3b/c? 3b small and fold to shove? call and get it in on every A/Q high board and fold otherwise?

Not sure if this is good or not, but what about just jamming? That takes away the squeeze from the stacks behind then
I like a flat here as it keeps in all of his A's that we dominate and we're only getting called by better if we jam and if we get a fold it doesnt increase our stack by too high a % to make it worth the risk.
best case is we flat and one of the shorties spazzes out and gets a fold from UTG!!!
hate 3bet folding from 30bigs
Now Í was confused..or playing wrong….. Jam with 30bb?? Is it good with AQo??? I Know the effective stack against him is 23bb, but BB covers hero stack with 31bb.
I don't think it is so good, specially against a 15/13 vilain , opening early with only 23bb…
Maybe i'm playing too nit with AQo….

You need to consider the other players and not just the villian, since you are OOP. If you call what is the likely hood they will try a squeeze play or if you jam, what their calling ranges may be. When OOP you have to take in account the other players acting after you, not just the one guy you are focusing on. I have cripled myself in this situation enough times. If you are unsure of the other players then I would fold. OOP I can see call or fold as the only options, unless I have a good read on the other players acting after me I do not want to 3-bet or shove. A 3-bet would invest about 1/3 of my stack and then if I was shoved upon really putting me to a decision. A shove OOP can hurt my stack if called with so many others' left to act. His min. raise makes me nervous, I see a lot of people min raise monsters OOP to try and induce a 3-bet , only to come back over with a shove. Perhaps, I am being to nitty, but I think I would fold AQo here. This is a tough spot, I am very curious to see what the pros think on this one. Good hand for discussion.

I don't think that 3betting and getting shoved on puts us in a tough decision. If we 3bet to 13k we can safely fold to a shove since villain is never shoving worse so close to the FT.
3bet-shoving ourselves seems bad for the same reason .. we are never getting called by worse and we also risk 30bb – not just villain's 23bb

pretty interesting spot for sure. im not saying i would jam here, just throwing it out there.
i think if you flat here you have to be prepared to call if one of the stacks behind shoves, even the BB.
3betting small is pretty interesting as i think it prices us in to call a majority of the time against one of the squeezers. it could also induce a spazz from the UTG+1.
folding seems pretty nitty but this is quite a tough spot, and sometimes just bailing out and avoiding the high variance spot can be good
I like flatting or a 3bet here. It depends on gameflow and villian for me. Villian stats are tight/solid so I think I like flatting a little more because dont think he is opening UTG+1 with 23bb's light here that often. By flatting we can play postflop in position, get more info post, get value from worse Ax's, outplay better hands. Now if someone squeezes behind we have to be prepared to call depending on reads.
3betting is also not bad imo. You can get the info pre this way, take down the pot now, prevent the squeeze, establish a 3betting image, etc.
i like flatting pre also b/c villain is tight, i'd hate to repop and then get 4bet and even be faced with a decision to fold pre
keep in mind if we do flat, our hand is kind of disguised so we pretty much have to go with a lot of flops that improve our hand ie A/Q
Other advantage of flatting is if one of the 2 shorties behind us jams we can see what OR does before it gets back to us and snap them off if OR folds
