I have 100+bb , I have position.

Villain is 18/5 thru 38 hands but hasnt 3bet in 15 opportunities

Fold. Effective stacks are only 30bb, not deep enough to have implied odds for 2 pair plus, nor to make him fold a good hand to heavy pressure.

4bet shove is an option, but not a very good one imo.
