What do you think of my open? What do you do once you get 3 bet here?

My thoughts: With everyone behind me pretty deep stacked for a turbo I can obviously shove and make every worse hand than mine fold and only get called by like TT/JJ+ and AK. Or I can make a normal sized open to induce worse Ax and other hands to potentially shove on me. It's when he made a normal sized 3 bet that I paused to think about it.

I had previously seen this guy shove over a 15 bb UTG+1 open jam with KQo which led me to the 4 bet shove. I think I'd normally just muck here and keep abusing the ish out of these donkeys.
