50 mins into the tournament and I have just been moved to the table 2 hands before.
Villain is an excellent reg and when he 3bet I really didnt think he would be messing around too much pre ante and I thought is range was JJ+ AQ+, maybe narrower !?
I wanted it to look like I was hoping to take the pot down on the flop, with something like AKs and after he flatted my 4bet, I thought his range was possibly QQ+ or AKs. For some reason I didnt think 10s or Js were in his range as I think he would want to get more money in on the flop (then again I’m the fish in this situation!)
Looking back I think I should have made my 4bet larger on the flop, to set up a turn shove, or maybe just flatted his 3bet on the flop?
Comments on all streets appreciated and on my line of thinking
Cheers

I'm definitely sizing my stuff bigger due to stack sizes. That way we can just jam over his 4 bet on the flop. I'm not flatting the 3 bet on the flop. It's a wet board and good regs will get it in on this flop with you. If you're having a tough time ranging him, certain turn cards could kill your action.

This.
You're really deep, you're OOP, and you really want to be getting it in on the flop if possible.
Your 4B sizing on that board is suicidal

good point coolers, i wasnt advocating it, i just wonder what range we rep.
Yeah, it's a good question. If it's in a vacuum etc. etc. I think it looks more like a made hand than a draw for sure. Good players will do this with combo draws, too, but if we're a random in someone's eyes I don't think they are putting us on a hand like that. I could be way off, though.
