Personally I'm shipping it in pre with the extra dead money in the pot. Give him the tough decision for his tourney life especially if its close to bubble.

100% i shove pre here if he has normal stats, villain has 14 bb to me this is a no brainer.

only exception, if he is a tight player i could find a fold pre.

I agree with everyone else.  This is a turbo you gotta go with TT here.  Unless we know hes insanely tight and only doing this with absolute top of his range I think we gotta get it end with the dead money in there and win the flip.
