Only read I have is that v has not been active.

I decided to make a modest bluff on the turn , was trying to get villian to fold maybe AK/AQ AT/KQ with a spade. The river does not change much , no need to bet big as i'm not trying to get strong hands to fold. I think his range is weak, anyhow v decides to raise , i'm actually not sure if he's bluffing here…think its unlikely he's repping a flush he probably would of bet his draws on the flop so when he raises here i think it's very unlikely he would do this with a hand like AJ/JJ as those hands would pretty much be bluff catchers.
