Button is 13/10 (29 hands), don't have any reads on him. Seems kinda awkward situation to me: I feel that I am behind in most
cases and will be crippled if I lose that pot and at the same time I am getting such good odds. What do you 
guys think about this situation?

I would be calling alot here, but it would depend on the stage of tournament, ie FT/money bubble? If early to mid stages of ITM I'd def call as with 10bb stack you've gotta chip up
