Not much reads on those players, but it seems that they like to limp and call raises.

-check call 1/3,40% pot bet, and on the river u have to check praying allah, jesus and zeus that he doesnt barrell big

-check/fold to a big bet

-maybe you can even bet/fold if you pick the right size, but if he calls again then i have no idea on what to do (prolly check calling on non clubs river but idk)
