Hi guys,

I’m a recreational player who knowingly tosses away a few hundred dollars a month for a bit of a sweat in online MTTs. I’ve never taken much time to study the game etc, but got TPE a while ago to watch when I’m on an airplane or a long drive etc. I feel like I understand the game enough to play the odd tourney and have a decent chance of cashing/the odd deep run, but definitely not to be a professional/play for a living etc etc.

I recently played the phase 1 + 2 of the tcoop event 1, and have qualified for the final phase with an 8x starting stack of 40k chips. The puts me in roughly the top 25% of the remaining field (currently 2800 players of 19000 entrants to all phases). Naturally the final field will be substantially bigger 5 days from now.

I figured since I have $200+ USD of equity in this tournament, that will likely be wasted due to my inexperience (particular in 6-max turbos). and due to the fact that some pro/regular players may not have qualified for the final phase, I would enquire here to see if anyone would be interested in providing me with some real-time coaching on the day. I would be happy to provide a % of my/our potential winnings to someone with respectable credentials, or would gratefully accept free assistance from an average regular who is happy to sweat the tournament with me.

I’d stream myself via join.me, and be in voice chat with my ‘coach/helper’

Any further info required, or any general advice on where I might find someone to help me would be appreciated.

Apologies if this is the wrong section :))

Hi,

The thing you describe with real time coaching is called ghosting and is against the terms of service.

It’s nothing I recommend you to do, if you get caught, in worst case they will ban your account.

Just a friendly warning.
