Have quick question. A new card club in town is running a €75 FO with 17k stack and 20 min blinds. The club Guarentees €1k, with €500 for first, €300 for second and €200 for third at a minimum. A friend has offered me a 1 off stake to cover the BI and I get 40% of myself.

He has said that since it is a new club it gets very few runners and because of that plays like a €120 SNG. ie 8 or 9 players turn up. In this way he says my 40% is worth €48.

He is a good friend and im sure he is not trying to scam me, but just wanted to see you guys thoughts on it as I do play a good bit of live poker but havent been staked before really.
