Anyone going to PCA in the Bahamas this year?

DannyN13, Carlos, Birdy and I will be there at various points.  Always down to grab a beer if anyone is gonna be around!

ok, well.  So when you leave the Bahamas, if you have more than $10K in cash you have to declare it.  This is pretty well known and there are signs everywhere.  Basically two guys said they did not have over $10K cash when asked, but they did. US Customs counted their cash. determined they had more than $10K and turned them over to Bahamas police.

They were not treated very well by the police afterwards, but basically if they had just declared the money they would have been fine.

Yeah i get your point . Hanson making them out to be the victim when in fact if they did the right thing they could have avoided this mess. Unfortunate some countries use unorthodox methods to get their point across. If they did actually toss them in jail and torture them , then it would be a horse of a different color. What they went through reminds me a little bit of the movie the Sitter with Jonah Hill
