quick update

Day 1 is over and both the emufart and myself are still in the running with 32k and 42k respectively @ blinds 400/800/100

Tomorrow the entire field comes together which will be around 60 or so people with i'm guessing top 18 or so pay.. 1st place is approx 45k which would obv be nice

Ran pretty hot early and also late today went on a heater..

Iso'd 3 limpers on the BTN with KK and SB tank-rejammed 22bb with AA so i just binked a K on the river to bust her lol

Had a couple tough spots which i will post in the forum

Play good run good cant ask for much more

Day 2 has come to a close, and it was quite a good day for both of us. Hapetimes ended up bubbling the final table in 11th place, good for ~3K, and I’ll be returning tomorrow to play it out for the glory and the 44K top prize!

Couldn’t quite close it out today. But managed to come 5th, good for 11.4K. Not a bad result considering I entered the final table as one of the short stacks 🙂

Nice run for the emufart riding that short stack with both chip leaders directly to his left and being card dead

Final hand he gets his short stack all in with A6o vs the big stacks A4o who proceeds to bink the 4 on the flop and its gg

My final hand i get to see the flop from the BB with Jd3d after the active guy open limps the BTN

Flop is 6d4d4s and i check jam like 15bbs or so and he snaps me off with Qd4c.. turn 7d but river sigh 2d for the higher flush.

All in all a great weekend!

Also, KB and RFB will be pleased to know that i supplied emufart with a TPE patch which he wore proudly in view at the FT on his shirt and, as always, the hapetimes wears his TPE regalia, hoodie, T-shirt etc etc while playing live representing the TPE nation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
