Thought I would check in from a live tournament here in Cebu in the Philippines. After playing solely online for almost a year it's refreshing to have some live action.

Playing in a 5000+500PHP event with 1,000,000 prize pool GTD. That's about $120 buy-in is real money. There is a report here:

I am happy to report that I am chip leader at the end of Day 1A – to be honest I am lucky to be in after my QQ>AA>AK – I rivered the Q to keep my tournament live having gone down to 15BBs. After that I got lucky with the ladies again when my QQ>99, flopped a set with J2o and took down quite a few pots with big stack.

I'm really enjoying playing live and definitely feel like a better playing having been with TPE for a few months. Final day is on Wednesday and looking to take it down!
