I told a pro who produced videos that I wanted to increase my ROI in tournaments and he recommended TPE, so here I am. As someone who has had a decent amount of profit in both online tournaments and live games (but declining since 2010), should I start by watching all the TPE University videos from the beginning, or can I skip to a certain level?
My main poker goal in 2017 is to go on a lot of poker vacations with a Seniors Event outside the US (30% tax for me). I will be looking for a roommate (with references) to reduce costs, e.g., Irish Poker Open on March 27 – April 4. I have had roommates in Dominican Republic, Philippines, and the Republic of Georgia, where I have all cashed.

- PokerStars Championship Panama, March 10-20; U$330 Seniors on March 12; 5:30 hr direct flight from Toronto, Canada. Or WPT DeepStacks Calgary, March 10-20.
- Irish Poker Open, March 27 – April 4; €500,000 Gtd €1,150 Main Event, €330 Seniors Event on April 2; 7-hour direct flight.
- partypoker MILLIONS, April 11-23; Dusk Till Dawn, UK.
- PokerStars Championship Monaco, April 25-May 5; €1,100 & €220 Seniors on April 29 & 30. Or Grand Prix Canada, April 27-30, Playground Poker Club.

- PokerStars Championship Barcelona, August 15-27; Seniors.
- WPT DeepStacks Battle of Alberta Edmonton, September 8-18, Yellowhead Casino; on Twitch.

Hi, and welcome aboard! now that’s a calendar I’d love to be playing but it will have to wait for a while. However, I will be trying to satellite into the PartyPoker Millions if I make it in then I would be happy to meet up, no need for room share though as I will be staying with friends nearby.
PS it sounds like you have a fair bit of experience and are looking to ‘freshen up’ your game. Going through the University course start to finish might not be for you, but have a look through the contents of each section a pick and choose the most appropriate or interesting to you. Have a deep think about your game and the specific aspects you might have leaks or weaknesses then focus on the material / videos that will help remedy them.
