Just wanted to introduce myself since I have yet to do so. I am thrilled to be a member and I am hoping to take full advantages of all the great vids! My name is Adam and I have been playing poker for 8 years. Of course of those 8 years I would have to say 5-6 of them was just for fun nothing too serious. I started online poker in 2005 and never really played just signed up and played extremely low volume.  Then I found out that some of my close friends were playing on tilt so I decided to try my hand out again about 4 years  ago (2007). Made a few deposit on the site and let my emotions get the best of me while blowing through the money. I also think that I was playing above my skill level too. So I took sometime out to evaluate my game and watch more videos and read more into the game. I have recently started an account on stars but have yet to make a deposit…I played mostly freerolls in which I placed 36th in the daily 90k for $5.50. Since then I have min cashed several tourneys, took 3rd in the $10.50 HU K.O. and have a 300ish bankroll. Joined TPE to get insight from the great players and to develop poker friends to bounce HH and such off of. My bankroll to date hasn't allowed me to get any coaching but looking for an opportunity to have a mentor or something willing to help me out. I hate handouts but at the same time I cant seem to get over the hump to break into a decent score. GL @ the tables y'all
