I decided to join TPE after watching some free vids and listening to a few podcasts which I really enjoyed. I started playing poker at university way back in 2002 but have only started to take it a bit more seriously in the last year or two.

I have always had a preference for MTT’s over cash and play mostly on Pokerstars. My best result (by far) was 2^nd in the $11 Sunday Storm on stars where I picked up 22K. Since then I had a 3^rd in a $5 for 3K and a number of smaller cashes. I mostly play small buy-in MTT’s and SNGs (27, 45, 180 man) but also try to satellite into things like the Sunday Million most weeks.

I’ve not played a lot live but recently I’ve played some UKIPT events (Nottingham, Newcastle and London) after wining seats. I made day 2 of Nottingham but no cashes.

I feel I am able to exploit the poorer players in big fields at the small stakes but often feel out of my depth in the bigger buyin events, much work needed.
