Hi, I just signed up a few days ago from Berlin, Germany.

Used to play quite a bit of lower to mid stakes cash games (up to NL100 online and NL500 live) even tried that (semi) professionally for about half a year with ok-ish results, until I realized I wouldn't be able to do this all my life.

I then got a job at a german poker news site for a while and transitioned more into tournament play as a hobby until my interest faded, mostly due to lack of good results.

After not being interested in poker much at all for about two years, I recently got back into it, mostly because of some live tourneys I played, which were a lot of fun. So that's what I do now: Play live tourneys for fun.

I then realized, that while I actually used to study cash games quite a bit, all I know about tournaments is some basic push-folding and ICM and most of the skills from my cash game days are also quite rusty, so I signed up here to get myself up to speed.

tl;dr version: I like tournaments but suck at them.
