I started playing poker back in December.  I knew absolutely nothing about the game before that.  So I guess I’m still a beginner.

I’ve had some good results in the $4 180s on Stars, and not-so-good results in MTTs (although I did make the final table of their ridiculous $11 deepstack 13-hour marathon on Sunday), and I think training videos are probably the best way to continue developing my game.  The past week has been by far my best ever, and I’m playing with a lot of confidence, so I figured signing up for this site (which is much more reasonably priced than others) would be a good way to capitalize on my recent momentum. 

I think about poker 24/7.  I tend to get really absorbed in whatever my passion happens to be…this is it right now.  I’m losing my job soon and want to play MTTs for a living, although I haven’t really told anyone in real life.
