Hello peoples. I recently made a committment to myself to pursue tournament poker, and I believe in order to do so I need to plug some leaks and knock the rust off. So, here I am.

I’ve been playing poker for several years, and I enjoy it. I hope to become a semi active member in this community, and that we can help each other progress and reach our goals. I’m a longtime member on pocketfives, but post mostly in Off Topic there. I’m actually in the process of writing a mini series of personal experiences over the 10 year period I was in the U.S. Army. Same name on there.

I consider wein a friend of mine, and he’s been a great person to talk poker with. When I heard about this site, I decided it was time to renew my tournament play. Thanks to wein for his help in the past, and an advanced thank you to everybody on this site for the help I’ll undoubtedly be getting with my game in the future.
