Hi TPE folk

Im a returning member from 2013. Since then I have had two kids and almost finished a teaching degree (1 year to go!). Suffice to say I haven’t had too much time for poker.

A few months ago I logged into my stars account and still had about $30 on there. I ran it up to around $100 playing $1 6max hypers. This gave me enough to play $3.5 18m turbos and run up the bankroll to $500. I decided to use some of this to play some MTTs and took down a $5r and an $8 freeze out on stars one night. My missus was pretty pissed when she woke up at 5am and I was still playing but what can you do. This gave me about $1200 so I decided to use some of it on a TPE subscription.

Ive already noticed an improvement in my game after just skimming through a few videos and am looking forward to developing more as a player.

Im just looking for a place to connect with some like-minded people and talk poker.

Nice restart! I too have been playing a lot of MTT’s as of late, $5 and under – with a few cashes, but the only place that really matters has eluded me thus far. I hope this week will change that, but if not, theres always next week cool

Like you, I have also noticed an improvement in my game since reviewing half a dozen videos in the first part of the course. Specifically, position and pressure, which has given me a new angle to attack from, rather than always being nitty. I too look forward to my development as an online poker player.
