Im always willig to help, Ive had tons of success throughout all buyin levels both live and online and i am an active coach at the present. Micro to mid stakes is what i prefer as i have been removed from high stakes Mtt scene for a couple years now and much has changed and of course because there are heaps of better coaching options for this within TPE. HMU if you need me!

Enjoy!

Awesome, I think this forum will be very useful! My question is in regards to bankroll management vs tournament selection and their may be another area for my questions, if so I can re post smile!

For the last two months I have been very intrigued with playing the massive field low stakes buy in such tournies as the bigs and other regular guaranteed prize pool tournies on Pokerstars. I enjoy these massive fields but I find that most of the time going deep playing for 6-8 hours even making top 100 out of a field of 6-8 thousand will only make me a little bit of profit which feels like a huge waste of time. I also dabbled on playing the 180/4.50 Sit n Goes for a number of weeks winning it a couple times and making a couple houndred dollars in profit.  I would go back and fourth playing these type of tournies with no huge wins which inevitably just made me frustrated.

I guess my question overall for any of the pros is how you got started in choosing tourny selection and really being able to build a bankroll where you can ultimately live off it which is my overall goal in playing. Did you choose to play smaller buy ins with massive field with big guarantees or did you play many sitngoes with higher buy ins or other tourny types etc?

I know everyone has their own goals when playing poker but mine is to really to live off grinding on pstars, any advice from the pros will be very helpful! In time I am also looking to get some 1 on 1 coaching, for now watching all the amazing vids on this site seem to be doing the trick.
