Just did the self exclusion from playing on Full tilt.  I cant take it anymore.  Lost $3k and the beats/setups are just too much.

I will still be here.  But now instead of playing I will be forced to look over hh's instead.  I work 60hrs a week and really only play when the wife is watching one of “her” shows at night.  I should prolly use that time to look at hh's but I usually end up playing, so now its only studying for then next couple of weeks.

sounds like a solid plan.  Breaks are good, expecially when you use them to study and plug leaks.

Sometimes… honestly a break period with NO poker thought at all is the best therapy there is to re-energize and motivate… but if you feel compelled to look over HH's then it could help u plug a few leaks if you spot them
