There's no way of folding this right? , I felt pretty stupid when i saw his hand.

on the flop, just bet a normal amount, something like 110 would be fine. “bets to look fishy” are mostly just “fishy bets” in my opinion, and unless you have a solid read that villain will spazz with nothing, i would just be playing standardly. 

 

secondly, if you ever fold here, you should quit poker and never play again. 😀

 

pretty sick cooler really, but don't worry about it, it happens.

You'd never put a player on quads when you've made the boat. You're more likely to chop the pot than lose. I agree with benny regarding your c-bet.  Maintain consistency in your c-bet sizing patterns regardless of your holdings, it makes it difficult for the villian to read the situation.

You can only really 'humph!' at the result and load up another tourney!

Thanks for the replies , yeah , I need to stop trying to be clever in those situations and just value bet as normal.
