Being a part time only grinding possibly 10 hours a week if I am lucky, playing my absolute best can be often discouraging due to variance. I would love to know if there are others that are in the same boat as me that want to get better and make good profitable decisions.

I would say that grinders that play 20 to 40 hours a week playing nightly with many tourneys up will see profit much quicker than a part time lil grinder like me. This can be discouraging at times but need some perspective. It would just take longer to build the roll? I am curious as to what others do to keep a level head through the variance for small grinders. Its tough to be level headed at times when you bust out of the fourth tournament with no result and all of which you made a good stab at it.
