As for quitting, I have been there myself many times, relax take a deep breath, take some time off, start playing some lower stakes stuff. I have walked away from poker about 4 different times only to come back because I love the game. I dont even want to tell you how crushed my roll is atm but Im playing DONs to rebuild it. Hopefully things turn for you soon, if you wanna chat more about it let me know and we can hook up, I really understand what your going through.

dont doit bro man i have a closet full of silver medals and it only takes that 1 magical day and you bink for like 6 or 7k and voala your up 2 or 3k. poker is a game scored by money, whos ever up at the end of the day wins, your bankroll is like the timeclock the buzzer goes when your out of money the greatest sports legends of all time became great for what they did on the field and the greatest thing in sport is the comeback legends are made on the comeback so right now your in the 7th inning or its late in the 3rd qtr or the start of the 3rd period so youve put yourself into postion to become great, seize the moment
Ok here is how you go from $5k spread across three sites to only $1300 on one site.
Monday-go to work, no poker
Tuesday-go to work, no poker
Wed-go to work, play some 90mans while wife watches some shows. No cashes and only 2 ko's(loose about $60)
Thur-go to work, no poker
Fri-go to work, come home ready for the weekend and a chance to grind. Register for $3r, Both $10 doubles, and the 50/50. Throw in some 90mans. Brick everything and loose $100-$120.
Sat-get up play the $26 KO and brick. Loose $26
Sun. Play all garauntees at $26 and under, brick them all.
repeat until broke.
Another suggestion would be to move down to the micro to low level to not affect your bankroll so bad until you get back into an upswing. Your post above you said you playing the 50/50 which is a pretty high percentage of your remaining bankroll, so you might think about dropping that out of your line up.
Hope your luck turns around quickly. Keep those spirts ups.
My experience has been that you are probobly playing a little on tilt and are letting it affect some of your decision making…….a little gun shy to make what is a +ev play because of some poor results…….a 60/40 is exactly that and if you loose 10 in a row the #'s WILL equal out……hang in there and just keep getting your $$$ in good with spots that will be profitable in the long run ……
